NŊOBUniverse documents real systems as they are experienced across multiple cognitive speeds: pre-verbal perception, anticipatory prediction, and post-hoc regulation.
The goal is not agreement. The goal is structural preservation under pressure.
Speed 1 · Perception
Immediate, embodied, pre-verbal. Local correctness is felt as certainty. No global context is available.
Speed 2 · Prediction
Narrative expectation. Assumes continuation will resolve tension. Partial awareness of coordination risk.
Speed 3 · Regulation
Post-hoc validation. Detects global misalignment. Applies constraints without rewriting the core.
